Britney Spears’ Former Beverly Hills Home, Where She Lived After Kevin Federline Divorce, Lists for $8 Million

Britney Spears’s former Beverly Hills home is back on the market!

The six-bedroom, seven-bath mansion in The Summit gated community was previously home to the pop superstar from 2007 to 2012, following her divorce from Kevin Federline in July 2007.

In January, it was listed via real estate brokerage Compass for an impressive $8 million — a fitting price for what agent Ben Salem is calling a “one-of-a-kind estate and former celebrity haven” that “exudes timeless allure within the prestigious 24-hour guard-gated enclave.”

“Recently reimagined inside and out, this secluded retreat atop Mulholland Drive offers unparalleled tranquility,” the agent said in a news release, adding that the home is complete with murals from artist Maria Trimbell as “a distinctive artistic touch to this exceptional residence.”

Among the property’s notable highlights are a soundproofed screening room and music studio, a chef’s kitchen featuring Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances, a “resort-style” saltwater pool, and a jacuzzi.

The single-family residence, built in 2001, is “at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac,” according to the listing, which describes the 7,453-square-foot property as “the crown jewel of The Summit.”

As previously reported, the Italian villa-inspired home sold for $6.1 million in 2021, just months after it was listed for $6.8 million.

Just last month, Spears revealed on social media that she had evacuated her current home in the Los Angeles area amid the L.A. wildfires. At the time, she shared a video of mini doll shoes in an effort to “lift people’s spirits.”
